Grooming is by appointment, booked through the clinic during office hours. Barbara sets her own pricing and provides a personalized quote based on your pet's size, coat condition, and the time required; there is no fixed price list, and a quote may be adjusted at the appointment after meeting your pet. Please give as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Your pet's comfort and safety come first. No restraining devices are used during grooming, and sedatives are used only at the owner's specific request. Severely matted coats are handled humanely, which may mean a shorter cut rather than painful de-matting. Proof of current vaccinations may be requested.
